Nick Pinks and his supporting staff currently forming our Private Client Department have many years of experience in this area of law and are fully aware of the sensitive nature of such matters. All too often dependants and relatives are left unprepared and vulnerable at a time of great emotional distress, and our discrete and personal service will seek to offer guidance and advice when required.

Our aim is to give the best advice and guidance after obtaining from you a true understanding of your particular circumstances and concerns. We are able to deal with estates whether they are large or small, complex or simple. We can act in conjunction with other professional advisers, and we will liaise closely with you to undertake only those areas of work which you do not wish to undertake yourself. We offer a bespoke service which can undertake the whole of the administration, or merely obtain the Grant of Representation for you should you wish to undertake some of the administration yourself.
