Tina Patel of Elgee Pinks has considerable in-depth knowledge of Equity Release together with their advantages and disadvantages.  She has acquired such knowledge by virtue of the fact that for three years of her career, she was instructed by a prominent Equity Release provider who was a member of the Safe Home Income Plan body and engaged by them in granting such equity releases and registering their interest over the borrower/annuitant’s property.  This also involved explaining the scheme to the solicitor instructed by the borrower/annuitant.
